Dear Husband,
The primary reason for sealing foodstuffs in plastic is to protect it from the air.
When you continue to seal large amounts of air INSIDE the bags, you are drastically reducing the life expectancy of the bread, cheese, lunchmeat, fresh tomatoes, etc.
Stop it.

Oh my god...I could have written this one myself. Thanks for the laugh. I needed that.
how about if they don't seal it at all? Just fold the plastic over and hope it keeps the air out? Because my DEAR husband has done that...
I'm thinking you were lucky to get him to put anything away at all...
With love,
She who spends way too much money on food that ends up being thrown out because it hasn't been refridgerated.
The extra air protects them from heavy objects that fall in the fridge, like little airbags, cause that happens all the time, right?
I feel your pain. If it makes you feel any better, mine has been known to put stuff in the fridge without any cover at all.
could you have a word with justin, too? and while you're at it, could you discuss with him that the oven is not designed for food storage and has no food-preserving qualities? thanks.
